Smart Meeting Breaks

Feeling drained from too many back-to-back meetings? Smart meeting breaks are here to help! When you turn this feature on, Clockwise will optimize your calendar to create gaps of your chosen duration between blocks of meetings. 

Enabling smart meeting Breaks

1. Navigate to your Meeting Break settings in Your Ideal Day dashboard.

2. Toggle on "Want breaks between consecutive meetings?"

   
   

   

Once the feature is enabled, you can choose the length of the consecutive meeting duration as well as the length of breaks you’d like Clockwise to create. The consecutive meeting duration allows you to choose the length of your back-to-back meetings block to be scheduled; whether you want a 2 hours block or 3 hours block. The length of breaks determines how long of a break you want between those back-to-back meeting blocks.
