Prism in Slack

Clockwise's Prism is the first GPT-powered calendar experience that makes scheduling as easy as having a conversation. The personal calendar assistant uses Clockwise time orchestration capabilities that empower you to make better decisions about your day using every day language to help manage your calendar and events. You can now leverage this technology to help you schedule - right in Slack!

If you're the first user in your company to begin using this feature, you'll be prompted to grant additional permission for Clockwise in Slack. You can learn more about security & privacy with the Slack integration here.

How it works

In the Clockwise Slack app

In the Messages tab of the Clockwise Slack app, you can interact with Clockwise just like you would Prism.

This is especially helpful if you're away from your computer, and need to schedule on-the-go!

In channels & DMs

You can use "slash commands" to schedule with Clockwise in Slack. For example,

/cw find half an hour with Kat next week

Generates the following:

Choosing a time will prompt a confirmation message:

In channels where Clockwise is present & threads

To add Clockwise to a channel:

1. 

   View all members of the Channel

2. Click Integrations
3. Select Add apps
4. Search for "Clockwise"
5. Next to Clockwise, click Add

You can then @ mention Clockwise with your request in the channel:

@Clockwise get an hour with @Kat and @Tatiana next week

Or in a thread:

@Clockwise grab an hour next week for me, @jon, @mikaela, and @kacy to meet
