Why Can't I Delete a Focus Time Event?

Deleting individual Focus Time events

You must delete a Focus Time block via the Clockwise web app interface: if you delete the blocks from any other location, they will be recreated.

1. Navigate to Prism view within the Clockwise web app.
2. Double click on the event in your calendar.

3. Click Delete hold from the event details view in the sidebar. 

   

If you're accessing Clockwise via your work calendar, you can find the link to settings through the event details.
