Downgrading to the Free Plan

If you're looking to downgrade to the free Clockwise plan, please fill out the cancellation request form here.

Please note that Clockwise does not offer refunds at this time. All cancellation requests will be processed for the end of your contract term (monthly or annual). For Teams plans, anyone on the plan who is currently a billing owner can make this request. For Business plans, the admins on the account are the only people who can make this request.
