What happens when my organization changes domains?


If your organization has changed its domain, Clockwise will support the new domain as long as it is still under the same Google Workspace account. 

  1. Log out of your old Google account.

  2. Log out of Clockwise via this link: getclockwise.com/logout.

  3. Log back in to Google with the new account.

  4. Log back in to Clockwise via this link: getclockwise.com/login.

Clockwise will then switch your account, and populate your new calendar information with your previous settings.

Note: This operation may not be instant and may take a couple of hours to move everything over. 

Unsupported Setups

Please note, Clockwise is currently not supporting instances where a company has multiple Google Workspace accounts, and domain changes happen for one of those accounts.
