What happens when my organization changes domains?



If your organization has changed its domain, Clockwise will support the new domain as long as it is still under the same workplace account. 


  1. Log out of your old workplace account (Google or Microsoft).
  2. Log out of Clockwise via this link: getclockwise.com/logout.
  3. Log back in to your workplace account with the new account.
  4. Log back in to Clockwise via this link: getclockwise.com/login.

Clockwise will then acknowledge your account and populate your calendar information with your previous settings.




Note: This operation may not be instant and may take a couple of hours to move everything over.
