What Clockwise plan is right for me?
Starter: This plan is great for individuals and small teams looking to supercharge their calendars. Features include:
Automatic holds for your Focus Time (2+ hour blocks), lunch, and commute / travel time
Ability to sync your personal calendar with your work calendar
Neater organization with automatic meeting color-coding to help you understand your time at a glance.
Team: This plan is great for collaborative teams looking to find greater focus and boost their productivity. Features includes everything in the Starter plan, plus:
Autopilot: Creates extra Focus Time and resolves meeting conflicts automatically, with your team’s calendar preferences in mind
Automatic team availability calendar
Automatic team no-meeting days
Enterprise: This plan is the right choice for organizations that need best-in-class control and support. If you’re looking to support having multiple Teams in Clockwise, this is the plan for you. It includes everything in the Team plan, plus:
Unlimited, personalized onboarding and training
Dedicated Customer Success Manager
Custom contract & invoicing
How do I pay for Clockwise’s subscription?
Clockwise offers both monthly and annual subscriptions. When you are ready to make a selection, we’ll walk you through step-by-step instructions on how to process your payment, in the product. Should you have any questions about larger plans or custom terms, email email@example.com
Cancellation, Return, Billing and Refunds
To change or cancel your subscription, the person who made the initial purchase should contact firstname.lastname@example.org. For your privacy, we will not accept credit card details over email. We will arrange a secure way to process this request.
If that person is no longer with your organization, have another team member let us know your email. Be sure to include which organization and team you want to cancel. Cancellations are effective as of the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access until that point. There are no refunds.
To change your billing information, please contact email@example.com. Only the person who purchased can change the credit card on file. For your privacy, we will not accept credit card details over email. We will arrange a secure way to process this request.
