If your organization uses Zoom for video conferencing, you can integrate Clockwise to your organization's Zoom account to ensure all meetings scheduled with Clockwise can automatically include the correct video conferencing information.
How to integrate Clockwise to Zoom
The Zoom integration can also be set up for your entire domain so individuals don't need to sync their accounts one by one. The admin level integration will have to be set up in Clockwise by the organization's Zoom admin.
To set up the integration, the Zoom admin should follow these steps:
- Click on the Clockwise menu
- Select "Admin Panel"
- Click on "Organization settings" on the left menu
- Click Add to Zoom
- Authenticate into Zoom using the correct credentials
After these simple steps, Zoom will be available to all Clockwise users that have Zoom credentials in the same domain.
Note: Double-check the successfully integrated Zoom instance has the same domain as your Clockwise account.
If your organization hasn't agreed to turn Zoom on for your entire organization, you can use Zoom individually. Go to your Clockwise Settings > "Integrations" >Click the "Add to Zoom" button to sync your Zoom account.

If Zoom scheduler isn't available to you
You may run into the following error message letting you know that a Zoom account couldn't be found connected to your email address. If this is the case, you may not have a Zoom account with your organization. Speak to your Zoom administrator to add you to Zoom. Once added, this error message should go away.
How to access Zoom meetings
Once you've scheduled your meeting using Scheduler, you can access your Zoom meeting in two ways:
- Google calendar event details
- Clockwise for Slack
How to remove Zoom integration in Clockwise
Similarly to how the Zoom admin has to be the one to integrate with Zoom, the admin is also the only one that can remove the integration. If you'd like to remove the integration, go to Settings > Organizational Settings > Click the trash button next to the Zoom account details.
How to remove Zoom integration from Zoom Marketplace
- Navigate to https://marketplace.zoom.us/ and sign in
- Click on Manage at the top right corner and then navigate to Installed Apps
- Click on Clockwise and uninstall
