Zoom Integration

If your organization uses Zoom for video conferencing, you can integrate Clockwise to your organization's Zoom account to ensure all meetings scheduled with Clockwise can automatically include the correct video conferencing information.

How to integrate Clockwise to Zoom

Admin Level

The Zoom integration can also be set up for your entire domain so individuals don't need to sync their accounts one by one. 

To set up the integration, the Zoom admin should follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Organization settings from the Clockwise web app.
2. Click Add to Zoom.
3. Authenticate into Zoom using the correct credentials.

After these simple steps, Zoom will be available to all Clockwise users that have Zoom credentials in the same domain.

Individuals

If your organization hasn't agreed to turn Zoom on for your entire organization, you can configure Zoom individually. 

1. Navigate to your Connected apps from the Clockwise web app.
2. Click Add to Zoom.
3. Authenticate into Zoom using the correct credentials.

Now that your organization has enabled Zoom, it will be available as the default video conferencing option when using Clockwise Scheduler, accessible from the Planner page.

If Zoom scheduler isn't available to you

You may run into the following error message letting you know that a Zoom account couldn't be found connected to your email address. If this is the case, you may not have a Zoom account with your organization. Speak to your Zoom administrator to provision you a Zoom license associated with your email. Once added, this error message should go away. 

How to access Zoom meetings

Once you've scheduled your meeting using Scheduler, you can access your Zoom meeting in several ways:

• Clockwise for Slack

  

• Calendar event details in your organization's calendar view

  

• Google Calendar notifications via Slack (following the notification setup found here)

  

• Outlook Calendar notifications via Slack (following the notification setup found here)

  

How to remove the Zoom integration in Clockwise for an organization?

Similarly to how the Zoom admin has to be the one to integrate with Zoom, the Zoom admin is the only one that can remove the integration.

1. Navigate to the Organization settings from the Clockwise web app.
2. Click the trash button next to the Zoom account details.

How to remove Clockwise integration from Zoom

The Zoom admin is the only one that can remove the integration.

1. Navigate to the Zoom Marketplace and sign in.
2. Click on Manage at the top right corner and then navigate to Installed Apps.
3. Click on Clockwise.
4. Click uninstall.
