What meetings cannot be made flexible? 

You cannot enable flexible meetings for any of the following scenarios:

• an external meeting,
• a meeting you don't have permission to view, or
• if the meeting is on a calendar that Clockwise does not have access or control over. (For example, If you have multiple work calendars but we only have access to one – where the event does not belong to your primary calendar.)
