Will Clockwise move a meeting that happens that same day?

No – Clockwise will never move a meeting the same day it occurs.

Clockwise needs 20 hours between the time of movement (4 PM for your org's majority timezone) and the meeting to occur, so a meeting will only move if it is after 12 PM the next day.
