Update Payment Details

  1. Enter your billing portal by navigating to Clockwise Settings > Admin Panel > Plans & Billing.
  2. Press the green Billing Portal button.
  3. Click ➕Add payment method and enter your new card information.
    1. Uncheck Use as default payment method if this is not to be the primary card.
  4. You can click the X next to an outdated card to remove from your account, once you've entered a new default card.
  5. If needed, you can update your billing email & address by clicking Update information.
