Meeting Rooms
Add a meeting room to any scheduling request made from Clockwise Calendar. Now you can find the right space while you're finding the right time. Here is how:
Start by scheduling a meeting
- Either click on the calendar to select a time and add attendees, or type your request in the chat box.
From the Event tab, select " Rooms"

Filter by building and capacity, then confirm
- Rooms displaying a green checkmark are available at your selected meeting time.
When Clockwise reschedules meetings, it will always take the room availability into consideration so you never have to worry about losing your reserved spaces.
Meeting rooms not showing up?
Make sure your Buildings and Meeting Rooms are set up as resources in your company's Google or Microsoft workspace. Talk to your IT team to ensure this is properly set up.
