How do I cancel my Clockwise subscription?



Downgrading User Counts

If you're looking to reduce the amount of paid users within your account, or else looking to change your account type from one paid account to another, please contact us.

Downgrading to the Free Plan

If you're looking to downgrade to the free Clockwise plan, go to the Plans and Billing page and click on Manage Billing and Subscription Details. You'll be able to click Cancel Subscription on the next page.


Only Admins can downgrade the Clockwise subscription to free. If you don't see the Manage Billing and Subscription Details button, it is because you are not an admin. If your plan does not have an admin assigned to their org, you'll see the ability to claim admin role. Once the admin role has been claimed, you'll be able to follow the instructions outlined above to cancel your plan.


Please note that Clockwise does not offer refunds at this time. All cancellation requests will be processed for the end of your contract term (monthly or annual). For Teams plans, anyone on the plan who is currently a billing owner can make this request. For Business plans, the admins on the account are the only people who can make this request.
